Types of Personal Data We Collect

In such cases, the service providers are permitted to use this information only in order to carry out the services Lapetus Solutions has contracted for. Even though we are acting on their behalf in collecting and analyzing the information, our client will not use or share your Personally Identifiable Information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy.
Furthermore, we may use, disclose or transfer certain User Information (i) to provide you information you request; (ii) to send you additional information about your transaction on the platform such as a confirmation, reminder, or problem status; (iii) to send you a newsletter or other marketing materials; (iv) to protect the confidentiality or security of your records; (v) to comply with government requests if appropriate for your protection or in connection with an investigation or prosecution, court order, or subpoena or similar legal process; (vi) in connection with a sale or merger of Lapetus Solutions or other change in corporate control, or (vii) for other legally permissible purposes. - Information We Automatically Collect
When you visit any of our platforms to browse, we may collect and store the domain name and host from which you access the Internet (e.g., google.com), the IP address of your computer, your browser software and operating system and your entity identification. We may use this information to organize and analyze IP addresses so that we can provide items such as efficient service, enhance security, monitor appropriate usage and produce traffic volume statistics. This type of non-Personally Identifiable information may be shared with third parties, such as when we aggregate and disclose site traffic information for marketing and commercial purposes.
- With Third Party Service Providers
Our platform includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our platform. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our platform, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our platform. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing it.

Compliance with EU-US DPF
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, Lapetus Solutions commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.
Lapetus Solutions is a company operating in the United States. We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission. This means that the FTC has jurisdiction to investigate and take law enforcement action against companies for unfair or deceptive acts or practices, or violations of certain rules and guides – including companies’ privacy and security representations and practices. If you have a dispute with Lapetus Solutions regarding our service or practices, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may elect to have the dispute resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
To be eligible for binding arbitration, you must first send us written notice of your dispute. The notice must be sent within 60 days of the date you first knew or should have known about the dispute.
Disputes that are eligible for arbitration include, but are not limited to, matters related to privacy, data security, terms of service, and other issues arising from your use of our services. This provision does not cover claims that fall within the scope of small claims court.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice, you may then initiate binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Our platform may offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Personally, Identifiable Information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Onward Transfers to Third Parties
